Sate Cumi Bumbu Melaka

Material:
• 500 grams of peeled fresh squid, cut into 4 cm
• ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 3 tbsp cooking oil
• 10 fruit skewers
Spices:
• 6 red onions
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 stalk lemongrass
• 1 tsp coriander
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp sugar
Method:
1. Marinate squid with turmeric, chili powder, and lemon juice. Let stand 1 hour.
2. Stir-fry ground ingredients until fragrant. Add squid. Mix well. Lift. Let stand 1 hour.
3. Stick on skewers.
4. Grilled satay in the embers of the fire until cooked.
Tips:
Burning should not be too long squid calamari not so hard.
